Born in Scotland, in 1960, and having been educated in Scotland, Zimbabwe and England, Peter embarked on a career in the Police Service and serving in Scotland and Hong Kong.
Peter is a founder and active member of Reach Org, a Community Action Group based in Kuala Lumpur delivering operational and awareness campaigns and strategies to address the symptoms of both urban and rural poverty through street food programmes, educational programs for underprivileged children, and awareness programmes related to the reduction of discrimination, violence, and abuse of woman, and children.
